First concept for a larger project I'm working on. This guy was done for workflow testing purposes primarily, but as with practically everything being created he developed a personality and I ended up loving him - imperfections and all Kinda reminds me of Iron Maiden's Eddie, which was consciously not intended. But considering that Eddie was a very prominent symbol while growing up, the influence was probably subconsciously implemented.

Technical stuff -
Took me around 15 hours total to get it done. Started with a single zsphere - built and posed an armature. Then proceeded sculpting it all out. Rendering was done within zbrush - multiple passes which were then compiled in photoshop.
Further photoshop work included placing a texture for the background and overlaying a texture so as to give the clothing and the skin a burnt feel. Some filter work was done so as to make the image 'pop' a bit more.
